Danica McKellar's Wedding "Was Beautiful"

Danica McKellar, better known as Winnie Cooper from The Wonder Years, married her longtime boyfriend, Mike Verta this weekend. Despite the beautiful ceremony, everyone in attendance was made uncomfortable as a wistful voice narrated the nuptials - a voice that sounded oddly like one of the Wet Bandits, the crime duo known for burglarizing houses during Christmas.

Danica McKellar was also met with a surprise when Joe Cocker's cover of "With A Little Help From My Friends" accompanied her walk down the aisle.

Nobody could identify the owner of the distracting, yet extremely insightful rumination. Most guests suspected it was the adolescent boy, Kevin, who seemed deeply entrenched in his own thoughts and the only person oblivious to the omniscient voice.

While the wedding's narration seemed to hover around the topic of "Things Never Turning Out Exactly The Way You Planned," it also spent a lot of time discussing how much it "hated Wayne."

"Whoever was thinking those thoughts really needed to make sure this 'Wayne' knew he was not, in fact, a 'butthead'," said one of the guests. "I also think he was in love with the bride."

Forget the happily ever after for Winnie Cooper and Kevin Arnold.

Actress-turned-mathlete Danica McKellar tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, composer Mike Verta, in La Jolla, Calif., Sunday in a sunset, oceanside ceremony.

According to People, the 34-year-old star and her 36-year-old groom, who have been together since 2001, swapped vows in front of 150 guests. While former small-screen beau Fred Savage was MIA, a few other Wonder Years costars were present and accounted for, including sister Crystal McKellar, who served as maid of honor, and Dan Lauria and Alley Mills, who played the Arnold parents.

"We wanted an intimate, formal event," said the bride. From the sounds of it, she didn't disappoint.

David Letterman and his longtime girlfriend, Regina Lasko, have tied the knot. The pair were wed in a courthouse ceremony before the Justice of the Peace near their ranch in Montana last Thursday.

The late night host revealed that he has made an honest woman out of his son’s mother during the taping of the Late Show on Monday.

“On Thursday, at 3 PM, March 19, 2009 at the Teton County Courthouse in Choteau, Montana, I was married to Regina Lasko,” David Letterman told the audience. “Regina and I began dating in February of 1986, and I said, ‘Well, things are going pretty good, let’s just see what happens in about ten years.’ I had avoided getting married pretty good for, like, 23 years, and I - honestly, whether this happened or not - I secretly felt that men who were married admired me… like I was the last of the real gunslingers, you know what I’m saying?”

Recalling his big day, David Letterman says things went a little haywire when he, Regina, and their young son Harry got in a pickup truck to go to the courthouse: “So now, we get ready to go and we’ve got to drive into the courthouse and it’s muddy, and we’re supposed to be there at 2, and it’s me, Regina and Harry in the truck, in the pickup truck… So we get two miles from the house and we get stuck in the mud – I mean, turn the truck over, stuck in the mud. So now we think, ‘Well, somebody will come– no, nobody comes along. Nobody comes along – it’s Thursday afternoon, who’s coming along, Zorro? No, nobody – so I get out of the truck and I walk two miles back to the house into a 50 mile an hour wind. It’s not Beverly Hills, it’s Montana, for God’s sakes.”

“And the whole way, I’m thinking, ‘See, smart ass, see, see, you try to get married, this is what happens. See, well, you’ve got nobody to blame but yourself. Could have happened any other day, but you wait now, see, this is what you get.’ So then we get in the car and Harry says, ‘Are we still going into town?’ and I said, ‘Yes, we are,’ and he gets very upset because mom had told him if I wasn’t back in an hour, the deal was off.”

David was previously married for seven years to his college sweetheart Michelle Cook.

David Letterman Ties the Knot

David Letterman and his longtime girlfriend, Regina Lasko, have gotten hitched, Usmagazine.com reported just before Letterman announced the news during the Monday taping of his CBS Late Show.

"On Thursday, at 3 p.m., March 19, 2009, at the Teton County Courthouse in Choteau, Montana, I was married to Regina Lasko," David Letterman said about 20 minutes into the show, before he read the "Top 10" list.

"Regina and I began dating in February of 1986, and I said, 'Well, things are going pretty good, let's just see what happens in about ten years...'" he continued.

"…I had avoided getting married pretty good for, like, 23 years, and I -- honestly, whether this happened or not -- I secretly felt that men who were married admired me…like I was the last of the real gunslingers, you know what I'm saying?'" he joked.

The family's truck got stuck in the mud en route to the courthouse, he explained. Letterman "walked two miles back to the house in 50 mph wind," he said. "It's not Beverly Hills -- it's Montana.

"And the whole way, I'm thinking, 'See, smart ass, see you try to get married and this is what happens,'" he went on.

After getting his car from home, five-year-old son Harry says, "'Are we still going into town?'...he got very upset because mom had told him if I wasn't back in an hour, the deal was off."

David Letterman and Regina Lasko -- who began dating in 1986 when Lasko worked for him on his show -- welcomed Harry in November 2003.

In 2007, David Letterman told Oprah Winfrey that his son has made a "huge difference" in his life -- but the boy doesn't always get his daddy's sense of humor.

Said Letterman, "Mommy has to tell him a lot that I'm just teasing."

Letterman was previously married for seven years to his college sweetheart Michelle Cook.

Emma Hemming and Bruce Willis Married

Bruce Willis and girlfriend Emma Heming married in Parrot Cay, in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Saturday.

Bruce Willis exchanged vows in a ceremony attended by his children, ex-wife Demi Moore and her husband Ashton Kutcher. Madonna is also believed to have been among the guests.

The wedding coincided with Willis’ birthday: he turned 54 on Thursday, Emma Heming is 32. The pair been together for more than a year and will have a civil ceremony to confirm the marriage under US law when they return home.

Bruce Willis’s new wife is 22 years younger than he is, trumping the age difference between Ashton and Demi more by a good four years.

Rumors of a wedding surfaced earlier this week: Rooms and private villas had been reserved for his guests at a hotel near his home there.

Bruce Willis, 54, and Emma Heming, 32, have been dating since last year. Bruce Willis was previously married to Moore, with whom he has three children, Rumer, 20, Scout, 17, and Tallulah, 15. They split in 2000 after 13 years of marriage but have remained friends. He even has referred to Moore and Kutcher as his "extended family."
